RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Yiki Sam Enterprise, each item is carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to shipment. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, preference changes, minor variations in colour, pattern placement, or handmade characteristics, delays caused by shipping providers.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may only be considered if the product received is defective or the wrong product was supplied. For the purposes of this policy, a defect refers to a production fault that materially affects the functionality or intended use of the product. The following shall not be considered defects: Minor variations resulting from handmade production and slight colour differences due to screen settings or photography.

REPORTING AN ISSUE AND ASSESSMENT OF CLAIMS

Customers must contact us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receiving the products. To report an issue, please email: yikisam@gmail.com .Your email should include: order number, description of the issue and clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item. Failure to notify us within seven (7) days may result in the claim being declined.

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request additional information or photographs, determine whether a product qualifies as defective and decide whether a refund, replacement, store credit, or exchange is appropriate.

If a claim is approved, Yiki Sam Enterprise may, at its sole discretion replace the product or exchange the product for a similar item of equal value or provide store credit or issue a refund for the affected product. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.
